How to file from Outside India for Indian resident. for Canadian Per. immi.(PI) ?

Hi,

Do you know any lawyer, who can file for Canada Permanent(independent) immigration for my brother. He is in India. But, now days, India is slow to process Canadian PI. so, it can be filed from Singapore, Sri Lamka etc.

He is Programmer with 3 years experience. Study/experience all in India.

Can you suggest any thing this regard ?? Appericate your help.

According to the new immigration law that is expected to be effective 28 June 2002, one has to file for Canada immigration where you are residing, in that case your brother has to file in India only, do not waste time for shoping "Fast immigration Consulates" he should score 80 points.

Accoding to new immigration law that is supposed to be effective 28 JUNE 2002,Your brother has to File for PR in India Only, and he has to get 80 points.
