How to File AP Using Efile...

HI,
I filed my EAD two months back and it came in 10 days. Now we are planning to go India in next month we would like to apply for the AP, I register and logged and finish part of the job, but I was confused what are supporting documents I need to send and where? so when I tried to login again , I was unable after 4 attempts, so My question is how long should I wait and what r supporting documents and where shoudl I send them?

Any help will be appreciated.
