Really appreciate your help if you could answer my questions as follows:
I recently found a job in the different service center area. ( From Texas center to Vermont Center) . I would like to transfer my case from Texas center to vermont center, since texas center is way behind that of vermont center.
Quetions are:
1. How could I transfer my case? what files shall I submit ?
2. Do my new employer need to submit a file to the vermont center? How AC 21 shall be filed?
