I am one of the few unfortunate caught in VSC\'s name change web. At this moment everybody including Mr Khanna does not know when those coveted regulations will be in. Somebody help me to know the following
1 What is a proactive I -140
2 If I "REFILE" that\'s what my company tells me, it will sit in the VSC 1-140 queue and take 10-11 months
3 I have received no RFE as regards I-140 , can we send this I-140 approved in the future to the same I-485
4 Any more ideas as regards "REDOING" (which i am told requires INS amendment notice) or "REFILING" the I-140
