Is there proper guidelines in CFR or USCIS website to establish total number of employee for one company. Especially when company has few subsidiaries with different Tax Id.
There are few places where number of employee count plays important role. First when one company has to establish whether it's H1 dependence Company and second, when company is submitting I-140, whether you submit just CFO statement in case of company employs more than 100 employees. These are the two place I know, there might be few others.
