I have relatives who came to US on a V visa in Sept 2001, they are in F2A category, their priorty date is Jan 17, 1997 which may become current in the next 2-3 months.
Do we need to apply for CP or delhi embassy will send them packet 4(since they already submitted packet 3 in Jan 2001 to delhi embassy) to their india address with a interview date and then they can travel to india to get their immigrant visa?
If we need to apply for CP what is the procedure for that?
Can we apply for CP or AOS at the same time?
