I just filed my I-140 and I-495. Now I need to move to the place where my employer is located. Anyone can please tell me how to notify Immigration Service my change of address while I-140 and _485 pending?
Please call the toll free number 1-800-375-5283 and select the option to change of address.You can then speak to an Immigration Officer who will change your address over phone after providing your receipt number for I485.You must be receiving a confirmation letter from INS to your new address and also about your phone call in that letter and the case for which you changed your address within 30days and the same change will show up in your online case status.Also just to be on safe side send a change of address form AR11 (send it through certified mail) along with a letter about your change of address to the service center where you filed your I485 case.In addition to this you also I think know have to file AR11 form.I hope this is helpful.
