How to delay Canadian PR

I have recieved my canadian PR under business category. Due to the circumstances in US it will take me more time to wind up my business over here and go to canada. I have to land in canada before March 2003. Is there a way I can delay my canadian PR.

What should I do in order to delay the process. If anyone has done this in past please do inform me.

Landing Document cant be extended

What should I do in order to delay the process. If anyone has done this in past please do inform me.

1. You can not postpone the PR, you have to land before the expiry date on your Landing document and it can NOT be extended or Delayed. if you want you can return the PR papers to the Consulate and they will cancell it, and you have to apply again for Canada PR if you need in future and according to the law at that time.
2. If you need Canada PR maintained you should Land before March2003 and at the time of Landing give address of your Relative or friend they will mail your PR card to your Canadian address and then your friend can mail you your card in US
3 After landing you can stay 3 years out of 5 years to maintain your PR of Canada.
