How to deal with pending RFE

Folks,

My RFE for I-485 was submitted on 28th Dec 2004. They had asked for 2yr pay stubs which I submitted promptly. There was LUD on 31st DEC 2004, after that there is now movement. It is 60 days now - I would like to know what to do as a next step. People who had repied RFE in Jan 2005 got approved in Feb 2005. I am worried INS has misplaced my file or something.

I have almost the same situation. My RFE was received by VSC on 2nd Nov 2004 and since then I do not know what these guys are doing with my case. Already made 2 Status inquires from the attorney, 1 AILA request and one expediate fax to VSC with no positive response and result. I believe you should ask either your attorney or employer to make a status inquiry and then have to wait for 30 days and make another ....
