How to deal with I-94 expiration?

H1-B Extension or EAD will take care of it.....
imho.....you\'ve got two options...
1) Extend your H1-B visa status by filing for H1 extension
OR
2) get EAD...can maintain legal status on this even after I-94
expires.

Incorrect
If your I-485 has been filed, you are in valid status until it has been ajudicated. However, you will not be able to work.
At this point, you can either file the H-1B extension or wait for the EAD to arrive. However, the EAD has *NOTHING* to do with remaining in status. It merely allows you to work.
