How to create a service request?

Hi,

Could anyone help on how to create a service request? Do I need to speak to TSC or just the 1800 customer service representative? What is the procedure? Thanks a lot.

Hey bud,
Your best option is to call the National Customer Service 800 number. Once you go through the initial key sequences, select the option for case status information. Punch in your receipt number and at the end of that case status message, you will hear an option to proceed to the next step (option 3). Proceed with that and then choose option 3 again (if you believe your case is outside our processing time). This connects you with a customer service rep at the national service call center. They will ask you some basic questions about the case. I'd suggest not going into too much detail since they're not immigration officers. Once the basic questioning is out of the way, tell them that you want to initiate a service request since you believe your case is outside their processing time. They will initiate one and give you a referral number, so keep a pen and paper handy.

Question regarding I485 filing

Hi everyone,

I am recently applied for I140 and the news about all dates being current came in also i am getting married in November, this is my situation currently.
Now can i apply for I485 ?
If yes can I include my spouse in I485 when i get back after marriage ?
If no can any one faced this situation throw some suggestions ?
