Hello,
I have submitted I-130 for my 7 year old son in Nov 2019. I was married when I had my son in India.
By Mistake, I checked "Child was born to parents who were not married to each other at the time of the child's birth ". It is a checkbox information under part1 . Relationship (You are the Petitioner. Your relative is the Beneficiary).
I should have checked "Child was born to parents who were married to each other at the time of the child's birth ".
How can I correct this error? can this error cause delay in I-130 processing or denial of I-130? Please suggest. It will be really helpful for my little boy.
