Hi, a friend of mine filed his LC in NJ in May,2001 and it is pending ever since. He just found out from reading his own copy of the submitted LC forms that he had put on some wrong information on the application forms. Like when he was a TA for a university, he put on 40 hours of working time instead of 20hr/week.
Is this gonna cause a problem in the LC processing and later stages at INS? How could he correct his while his LC is still pending, but he definitely does not want to withdraw his application. Are there gonna be any legal trouble for him?
