How to convince prospective employer who needs a GC holder that AC21 is OK.

My I-485 is pending (Eb2, PD/RD current, more than 18months, I-140 approved) and may be so for another year since I am stuck in name check.

So I am seriously thinking off late to find a new job using AC21. for the positions which say they need GC, how can I convice the prospective employer that AC21 is fine and I do not need H1 visa sponsorship?

Also, is it safe to use AC21 when name check is pending?
