I have been working in the States on a TN status for the past 3 months. First job here, first TN.
Any tips/suggestions/advice on how to convince the employer to apply for my LC/PERM?
Indeed for indian-born, it takes a lot more years to get the GC.. so I am not sure if they will be willing to start this process for me. It was also never discussed during the interview.
