How to contact VSC

It seems that the 802-xxxxxxxx number for VSC is not working anymore rather it says to dial at 800-375-5283 where they say that they cannot talk as this number is not for VSC theyand also they informed that the only way to contact vsc is thru postal mail. I wonder if someone know of any number to talk to IIO at VSC.

I would expect you to know this if you are an immigration attorney. (are u?) The 800 numbers to talk to IIO have been shut down as part of BCIS process streamlining initiative. Now you call a centralized help desk who take in all the necessary info regarding your inquiry and BCIS will respond via mail.

What you heard about contacting BCIS via mail is incorrect. You will call the national service center ( 800-375-5283 ) and BCIS will respond with mail.
 
You can certainly send an inquiry thru post mail. All centers , except TSC, which perfers fax, accept mail inquiry and provide feedback may or may not be useful to you. If you don't like write,
You can call national service center and give them information through the phone. They will initial an inquiry on their system. No more live information provided.
