How to contact USCIS - PDF Problem for EAD

I renewed my EAD yesterday online, But I couldn't get the PDF after finishing the application, I sent an e-mail to E-Filing.Support@dhs.gov. But I didn't get any response from them, what is the best way to get that PDF

I am also in the same situation. After paying fees and etc... I could not print the PDF format(I do have full Acrobat). I am slo thinking how to get a printed form. If any one knows would appreciate. Also surprised to see that USCIS doesn't allow us to print or reprint after submission. It is ridiculous...
