How to contact USCIS -- no green card..seven weeks after approval

How can i contact USCIS, I havent recevied the green card and it's been seven weeks since the case was approved. When I call 800 number i dont get the option to transfer to live agent..what option do I have to select on the phone to talk to Customer service rep.

call 1800 number follow instruction for case status option 6 for oprator

How do you know it was approved? Verbal approval in the interview is not an official approval. Did you receive a letter or email showing the approval?
 
we received approval letter two days after our interview. it says july 1st; but online status shows that it is approved on July 14; not sure why these dates are different. do i need to get infopass appt..is this going to help?
 
You got the approval letter more than a month ago? Then it's definitely time to make an Infopass appt. to find out what's going on ... did they print the green card, did they mail it, if they mailed it did the post office return it, etc. Bring your approval letter and ask for an I-551 stamp in your passport.
