Hi,
I am not able to check Online status for citizenship application.
It has never shown up from the date application was done. Nov/2004.
FP: 03/2005.

I am trying to call 800 375 2831 but am not able to talk to any customer service rep.
I am trying to make sure that nothing is wrong with the app and the interview letter is not lost in mail .....
can some one please help..

i am not sure which menu options (from 800#) i pressed in order to speak with a live rep. fyi: my case # never shows up on the web and never show up on the phone. keep saying pls enter the correct case #.. etc

may be try to schedule an infopass to check with them to see if they have mailed out the interview letter. if you received your FP notice, i do not think it is anything wrong of the mail thou. may be it just has to take long time to get the interview notice.

My status never showed up online either since the time I applied. There was always this message "your case cannot be found...bla bla....at this time" in red. However, at some point the same message changed from red to black and I received my interview notice within couple of weeks after that.

How long it took for the letter after the status color change.
The online status for my record is now in Bold Black since yesterday.

It took about 3-4 days (could be a week) until I got the letter in the mail. Keep on checking the mailbox and congratulations!

Thanks for the info. I rec'd interview letter for 11/15/04.
Also, what was ur DO?
How long was the GAP between interview and Oath?
