Hi All,
I called CIS yesterday and was told that name check for me and my wife has been cleared.
I shared the same info with my paralegal and she told me that..if it was first tier support...then she won't beleieve it. But, if second tier support/immigration office tells you that the checks have been cleared..then that can be true.
My question to all gurus is how I can get to secondary support reps....
Does it gets transferred from first tier to second tier or there is a direct way to do that?
