how to contact Operator at NVC number 603-334-0700

Guys,
   Which number should be pressed to get connected to Operator? When i call NVC number 603-334-0700, i dont hear any options to get connected to Operator. Please help!!!!!

Call In the morning

I have always called in the morning time and I always get through to the NVC representative in the first ring.
Also,You can try inputting a wrong case number that way it will give you the option of the talking to the NVC representative.
