Just call to his/her office to get information about the process about to Immigration matters. Normally they will ask you to fill up a form of waiver in order for them to inquire in your name with USCIS. If you want to discuss your case more, just go personally to this office and they will help you out.eagle80 said:what is the best way to contact my congressman, should I send him an e-mail and ask him to inquire my case with USCIS or should see him in person?

They did not issue me a referal because they told me my application is within the normal processing time. MY ND is 04/2002 and the current processing time for TSC is 8/2001. I contacted Congressman office last week and am waiting for a response.
