How to contact an IO?

Hello everyone,
I wanted to know if my NC is complete, so i called the 1800 number. But there was no option to talk to a live person(the automated message said that only if i have an 'urgent' situation that i should press '6').
Could someone guide me the numbers i should press to talk to a IO?
