I have tried the POJ method
12261 enter reciept # - 1 for SRC - 1 to confirm - hear the recording -3- 4
Everytime I get connected to the cust ser rep who says she cant find anymore info and repeats the same info as I can see online at my account.
All she did was file a SR after I requested her is there anyway to possible find some information.
Is there another method to connect to an IO?
