how to come back before the 5-year deportation

my parents and my little brother are US citizens, i got married to an american citizen.
on our return from the honeymoon, i went into ICE custody for charges dating from between 2001 and 2006...
after 13 months in custody, i lost my case and the appeal. i am now in france, very far from my immediate family and beloved wife.
are there any waiver we can file to get me back to the US before 5 years?
we have no kids, and my parents became citizens after i was 18. we all came here legally in 1997. i just renewed my green card a month before i traveled.
 
Consult an attorney. Your issues are too complex for a forum. Waivers are difficult to prepare and receive.

If you are unable to return to the US, you wife and other family members are free to move to where you are living. Any USC who marries a non-citizen should have considered that this might be a possibility and not married if he/she was unwilling to relocate for his/her spouse.
