how to check what lawyer have send to INS?
Help me pls.
My lawyer efiled i140-or and i140-niw
And also he filed i485 on based of i140 eb1
Last Friday (10/21) he got noticed saying that my i140-NIW got rejected saying (reason self petition). But I am sure my lawyer screwed by misplacing receipts between i140-or and i140-NIW.
So my question is can I find out from INS, what documents they have for specific application.
