How to check the labor certification status

Hi, all,

I had filed my labor application more than two years, and had not got any information from the employer. Does anybody know how to check the labor certification status?

I am in San Jose. I tried to call 415-975-4617 lots of times, nobody kick up the phone. It keeps ringing.

Who could tell me the way to check the labor certification status?
