How to check if 2nd FP result is received by BCIS?

What number to call to see if the 2nd FP result is received by BCIS because the online status check doesn't work for most of the time.

FBI

I think the best way to find out is to call the FBI. They let you know if the FPs have been processed and sent to the BCIS yet or not.

I don't remember the FBI phone no. Perhaps you can find it in the search.
