How to check bio 3 status

I have my bio code 3 first then RFI done last month, 2 weeks apart. I later received the email " On xxx, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between..." , which confirmed that the RFI was received.
Is there also email (or LUD change?) specific for the confirmation after bio code 3 was received?
I ask this question because I almost got messed up when I did my code3. After taking my pic and my thumb fingerprint, the lady said I was done and asked me to leave. Thanks to the information here, I questioned her if she should also take fingerprint for all fingers. She looked at my paper, paused for few sec, then said Ok. I can tell she was not very happy. Is there any chance the bio code 3 information fail to be deliver to USCIS or other errors after it is done? Any experience?
 
Good thing that you caught the mistake, which could cost you many months' processing delay. I wouldn't care a bit about her unhappiness - she is not doing her job the way she should. As for LUD changes after bios, mine never changed, neither after code 2, nor code 3. :(
 
I did my Bio code 3 on Fri and LUD changed the same day and also today. I asked the same question and other member also said his LUD changed same day he did his Bio too. I am not sure if this is the routine though...
 
What is Bio Code 3?

I had my bio code 3 done last Friday. No LUD change yet. Does anybody know what is this code 3 mean? and by the way, what is the difference between fingerprinting and biometrics? Since this is the second time I had my fingerprints done, and the first time they call it fingerprinting. Thanks.
 
how do you know your LUD change then? Do you log in USCIS website every day? Some of members here have LUD change several times in short peroid, how can you keep tract of those if there is no notice by email? And what is the message about? Did it say Bio code received or something like that?
I am kind of concern now, becasue it seems lots of member mention LUD changed right after bio done.
