How to call INS? What number?

Dear Experts:

I see you guys calling INS and talking to IIO's. I tried to call TSC about 25 times last week and I get the line busy during business hours. I tried to call 214-381-1423.

Is there another number?
What is the trick to get on the line? and with IIO's?

That's the number......25 times may not be enough depending on your luck.

You may need to hit redial continuously for 10-20 minutes.

I got through quickly in the mid afternoon (3pm EST)
