I sponsor my brother family 12 yrs ago and now he ready for interview at the end of March. His son is 20 yrs old and want to bring his lover with him. Is there a way to do it so his lover can travel with him to USA or shortly after???? Is this case fall under following-to-join?
Can he goes to the interview and get his Visa, then get marry, come to US and file I-824 for following-to-join or not?
