Hi everybody.
I'm waiting for a decision on my employment based I485. Looks like it's not gonna be any soon since my receipt date is 9/3/02.
I've got married and entered the US using AP.
So now there is no way I can bring my wife here. Is it possible to apply for a new H1B and change my status from AOS to H1B without loosing my I485 case? In this case I will be able to bring my wife on H4.
Are there any other options?
