Hi, I need help to bring my husband back to the States.
My husband and I got ours green card throught a relative in 1994. Due to my husband poor English skill and his health issue (because we can't afford medical insurance), our family decided let him go back to Hong Kong and live with my son.
I became an American Citizen in 2000. I went to HK couple times to visit my family, now I have a job and the company can provide insurance for my family. So I want to bring my husband back to the States. We understand his situation is a little bit mess up, because his green card was expired in 2004 plus he stays Hong Kong too long, way too long from 180 day.
Is there any way I can apply a visa for him, let him back to the US and reunion with me first, and then we can reapply the green card for him?
