How to bring Brother on Visitor Visa...

Please any one of you help me out !

I am planning to bring my brother to USA on visitor VISA, I am ready to bring all the documents needed, I cam to know after SEPT 11th, The rules for bringing on Visitors visa is very tough at the Madras Consulate.

Recently some of them came on Visitors visa, It needs strong recommendation. My brother is 25 years old and he has done Bachelors degree in Engineering. I am able to support in all financial and residencial support..


Please help how to get my brother with strong supporting documents, Did any of you recently invited any of you brother or sisters other then wife and parents????

I am on H1B1 visa and Recently got labor approved.

Hi Krishna,

At the risk of discouraging you, I want to say that obtaining visa for people at a young age as your brothers, is very very diffucult if not impossible.

The only thing you can do is to make sure that he has plenty of documents to support ties to his home country. (employment, financial, family, property etc.). He must present compelling evidence that would convince the embassy officer that he has sufficient reason to come back to home country.
