My F-1 visa expired, I-94 go with I-20, not expire until the end of this year.
My fiance/hunsband is US Army, citizen.
We ready get marry in May and have a honeymoon go to Mexico.
At that time I will have military ID card and marriage certificate with me.
1, do i need apply mexico visa? or get a tourist card on site?
2, do i need apply US visa to come back in America? or go through customs with my husband?
3, if i need apply US visa via US consulate, what kind of visa should I apply for? F1 again? or K1... something like that?
