My EB1 extraordinary ability petition got RFE. On the INS "Notice of Action", it says "This notice contains your unique number and must be RESUBMITTED in the original with the requested information. When you have completed with the instructions on this form, resubmit this notice and all requested documents."
Now, i gathered all requested information, such as more reference letters etc. My question is when I resubmit it, should I put the requested information (new documents) on the top of the original I-140 package(old documents)? or, I need to mix all the documents (old and new)?
