I filed my case @ VSC EB3 RD 02/03 ND 03/03 , 2FP 10/19/04 Still case pending ? In USCIS website it showing 485 currently june 2003. My 485 is in March 2003. So I called customer service and they took my all information before 3 weeks. Now, Today I got letter from homeland security stating "your petition/application is still pending service consideration. Please allow 60 days to hear from our office. "
What should I do ? Just wait.....or I should contact New York senator for help ? I check senator site and It says that if you need any help for immigration matter from them then sent all your information and they will get
back to us withing 12 weeks (3 months) ?
So please give your suggestion and let me know if any one has similar experience.
