How to apply for EAD?

It has been a while since I applied for EAD. So, I will appreciate if you post a link to a thread that would instruct me how to do that.

File form I-765 alongwith 2 photos & payment (it is $180 - but check the website).
You can get the form on www.uscis.gov

You would need to send copies of your 485 receipt, DL, passport and I think 140 approval/receipt.

That's it - fairly simple process -- just follow all the instructions in the form and you should be ok.
