How to apply for Advance Parole

Hi

We have not applied for AP along with our 485 applications. Now we need to go to India and wanted to know how and where to apply for an emergency parole.

don\'t know if there is any such thing called *emergency* parole

but you can find out about the regular advance parole at:

You can go to nearest INS office with your I-485 Rciept and Passport and request them. One of my friend did this. He had applied I-485, AP and EAD, but he need to go to India in emergency, he went to SJ INS and they gave him temorary Parole for one year the same day. You may also give a try
