How to apply for a passport

Forms are handed out at the interview and you can bring filled out forms to the oath ceremony where passport officials will accept your application (you will have to submit your original just-received certificate of naturalization).
Form for passport is DS-11 and is available online (check http://travel.state.gov/passport/get/first/first_830.html) and also available at most post offices.
Adult applicants pay $135 ($115 for passport fees, $25 for execution fees) paid by check or money order. If you want expedited delivery, add $60 plus fees for overnight delivery.
