How to ad a new born?

I've my new born daughter on the 16th (born in USA). My PR Application is pending in Bufallo Office since Sept 2001. How do I add my daughter and what do I need to do to add her?

Any help will be appreciated.

Send a letter to the Buffalo Office, informing them about the new born. Ensure that this letter is sent as a registered with return receipt. Enclose the following documents:

1. Birth Certificate of the new born
2. Passport copies. (If you don't send it now, you will be asked
to at a later date)

Adding US born new born

Do I still need to send the fees for her alonfg with the birth certificates?

Let them know ASAP..

All you got to do is let them know as soon as you can. Apply for birth certificate. You dont need to fill any aaplication form, but you need to pay$100 can ($65) and copy of birth cerificate then you are done. Passport copy is totally optional. But you need it before you land. Hope this helps.

1. send them Fax and registred letter with your file# let them know about the changes in your application. Pay $100 fees or they may ask you to fill up new update info in new form, wait for the instructions.
2. Send the Birth Cerificate copy, if you have B.C copy from hospital it will not be accepted ,you have to apply with Hospital letter to County office and ask for 4-5 copies of Birth Certificate ( you have to pay extra for each copy) becase you may need them for Canada immigration, for US passport and If you wish to remain in US then for the child to attend School.

3. once you have Birth Certificate copy apply for the Child US passport immidiatly.
