How the visa number retrogression affects the NIW applicants?

I applied NIW last Novemer. And Got approval April 2005. And I filed the I485 in May 2005. I checked my I-140 approval notice and can not find "PD" on it. So how the EB2 retrogression affects the NIW applicants?

It doesn't effect you unless EB2 category also retrogresses.

Also, your PD is same as your I-140 RD.
