Hi!
As we all realized , TSC is approving 3 categories of people :
1. "The old guys" - people with RD <= official processing date
Usually the have the 1st FP expired a long time ago , or no FP at all.
2. "The lucky guys" - people with 1st FP about to expire
(we saw a lot of that kind of approvals 1 year ago ... )
3. "The very lucky concurrent processing guys" - people , who receive their I485 approval together with the I140 approval .
Am I right?
If yes, I have several questions :
- what is the percent rate of each category ?
- for the category 1 : what is the max. time since 2nd FP to the AD ?
(provided no RFE in the middle )
- AFAIK : "for the cat. 1 the AD is defined by the 2nd FP ?" , in this case ...
do we have any logic on how , when the FP are issued ? Is theere a way to trigger / increase chance of triggering the FP ? (i.e. by submitting EAD and AP separately ... etc )
P.S. I'm just curious ...
