How the second FP effect FBI name check

I just got the letter from USCIS required me to do the second FP, while my name check is still pending in FBI. does anybody know how this effect the pending name check status since FBI need at least re-run your profile? I guess this could be a good step insted of your case stay in FBI and eat dust. Any comments? suggestion or experiences are appreciates!

I did my third FP in Nov 04, and my name check is pending since 2003. FP has had no impact on name check.
