How soon you plastic comes?

Hello everybody,
Out of all who recently (past 6 months) got 485 approved and passport stamped,
how long does it usually take to receive a physical plastic after you stamped your passport?

As for me, I went for pp stamping just a week ago, and yesterday received email saying they have orderd a card..

Its between 12 - 16 Business days

Its between 12 - 16 Business days you should have it in hand. Max i would say is a month these days !!

Mine was 10 days.

Does INS really update your file status, when they send a card?
Like they change the massage from "This case has been approved..."
to "After approving your file we ordered new card..."

Do they really do that or you just suddenly receive your plastic?
