how soon to get RFE?

In employment based I-140 particularly EB-1b (OR), how soon are they issuing RFE's (if there is a need for an RFE). Anybody got an idea? I just sent my I-140 last month, and I think I did not put evidence for the ability to pay documents just because my employer is a univ with >800 employees, >3 Million dollars in net income and established in 1860's.

Did you include your CFO (Or finace officer) 's letter specifiying "Ability to pay wage" ?
That letter should be sufficient.

my rfe requested info for abilty to pay : options given were annual reports or letter form cfo . so if u sent the leetr form a finacial officer u should be ok

I wouldnt worry much.
Nonetheless check with your lawyer/ international office / HR whether they would want you to send this additional information. You might wish anything my impression is that University will only do what they want, Good luck!
