Hi,
As of the new JIT report for CSC, they are doing
I-131 Advanced Parole for June 17th, 2003.
My RD is May 30th, 2003 WAC-03-181-5XXXX.
I asked my lawyers and they say that they cannot do a fax inquiery till the JIT date moves past June 30th(30days past my RD).
Has anyone tried to send a fax to NCSC in such a situation? and can the applicant send the fax on their own or does it have to be from the lawyer?
If an applicant can, is there some standard format?
