Please answer this question. I would realy appreciate it.
How soon can one apply for extension for H1B1 by submitting I-129? Is it 6 months or is it actually four months?
I have submitted my I-129 for H1B1 and my wife's I-539 for H-4, FOUR months and 20 days prior to expiration. We received our I-797C receipt notices for both I-129 and I-539. Are we ok or have we submitted the applications too early? What should we do if we have submitted too ealry? Anyone had a similar experience
