Hi. I realize the "How soon can I apply?" question has probably been posted at least 10 times on here but my question is kind of different. I'm a South Korean and I've have been living in the U.S. for over 11 years now. I recently turned 17 and I'm trying to get my citizenship as soon as I can when I turn 18. I have not been out of the country for over 6 months.
Does the 90 day early rule apply to me as well? Meaning I would send my stuff in roughly 90 days before I turn 18 to start getting my application started and stuff.
