My employer is ready to apply for a PERM for me. However we are getting conflicting information as to when is the best time to apply for this.
I am currently in the last year of my first year of H1b, I will be applying for the second term next year. Some people say the earlier you apply the better while some say the longer you have been with the company the more likely you are to get it.
